Just wanted everyone to know that the article was by Diane Gilleland and her book is called Kanzashi in Bloom. It has been ordered and it will go into my crafty library.

My sister called me the other day wanted to know if I had ever heard of Kanzashi. Well, I had not, but she said the recent Woman's Day magazine had an article in it that was pretty neat. I'm always looking for a challenge. So I googled and collected some information on Kanzashi. Here is my first try. Now the challenge is, what will I use it in?

Surprize, I'm back

Just to let everyone know I am still alive and well. Been busy with work and learning to knit. Well, I will post a picture of the vest when completed, however I quess it will hang in my craftroom because I think it will fit two people!!!! Tonight I am taking a soldering class, yeh. A few years ago took a Sally Jean class, but didn't do much with what I learned. But now is the time. Hope all is well, and happy.
